Welcome to the ATURTO Store. All our premium merchandise is printed on demand specifically for you when you place an order. Please review our shipping and return policies below.
Shipping & Delivery Timelines
Because each item is printed on demand to ensure maximum quality and eliminate waste, our fulfillment timeline is split into two parts:
- Production Time: Once your order is placed, it takes 2 to 4 business days to print, perform quality checks, and pack your gear securely.
- Transit Time: After your order leaves our facility, our courier partners typically take 2 to 5 business days to deliver the package right to your doorstep, depending on your location within India.
Total Estimated Turnaround: You can expect your gear to arrive anywhere from 5 to 9 business days after you place your order.
Tracking: As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an update with your unique courier tracking ID.
Return & Refund Policy
Because your apparel is custom-printed, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for issues such as “buyer’s remorse” or sizing issues (ordering the wrong size or color). Please refer to our sizing charts before making your purchase.
Defective or Damaged Products
We pride ourselves on the quality of our merch. If you receive a product that is misprinted, defective, or damaged in transit, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
How to claim a defect replacement:
- You must report the issue within 10 days of receiving your delivery.
- Email us at
[Your Support Email Here]with the subject “Defective Order – [Your Order ID]”. - Include clear photographs or videos highlighting the defect.
- Include a picture of the product with its barcode sticker (UID label) and the original shipping packaging.
Returned to Origin (RTO)
If a package is rejected upon delivery or our courier partner cannot deliver it due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the package will be Returned to Origin (RTO).
- Please ensure your shipping details are 100% accurate at checkout.
- If an order is returned to our facility, we can reship it to you, but you will be responsible for the secondary shipping costs.
